I'm looking for a skilled PHP MySQL developer to build a city guide portal from scratch. The portal should provide comprehensive information about the city, including:
- Tourist attractions

- Events and news
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with PHP and MySQL
- A strong portfolio of similar projects
- Excellent understanding of data management and user interface design
Please note that user authentication, reporting and analytics are not required for this project. Your main task will be to build this new application from the ground up.
This project is currently made in simple core PHP and MySQL, but in future I want this project to be made in Laravel or any other good framework, which has good security and features and its Android app can also be made easily.
