Chrome extension for ServiceNow notifications

As a service desk agent, I want to be notified when a user reports an incident in ServiceNow.
I need a freelancer who can develop a Chrome extension that can alert me whenever there is an incident reported in ServiceNow.
I have attached an example of what the notification should look like.
After clicking on the notification, I should be able to view the incident reporter's name, the incident description, and the time of the incident, similar to the attached file for the Outlook extension.
If I select the incident line from the drop-down list, I should be able to access the corresponding incident record in ServiceNow.
Authentication is required through Google SSO.

As a requirement for project completion, the extension that is being developed must come with a two-week warranty period without issues.
The ownership of the code and the extension must be transferred to my developer account.
