Chrome Extension to Firefox Addon -

There are couple chrome extension that I like that I would like to convert to Firefox Addon.
* Cookie Never Expire = Set browser Cookie to never expire.
* Close & Clean = 1 Click close browser, clean all history & junk.
I got the source code on chrome and just need to convert so it works on firefox.
* I'm looking for the best deal possible, please be very competitive.
* Milestone release upon completion of the project & is bug-free.
* Need Source Code when Job is Complete, After any Bug fixes, and Updates
