Chit Fund Management Soft ware -- 3

Need an effective and customised chit fund management software to manage the transactions, auction the chits, Collection, payments, risk rating of the clients, manage the collaterals, manage KYC verification, Application procedure for joining, etc... Prefer to have an Android App and accessibility on desktop as well. Local language support. An Hybrid chit fund model to be designed which must be flexible to handle various types of chit funds. Please refer the power point deck attached hereby for more in detailed expectations. Further We need to be keen on having an UI which should be user friendly for the elderly members as well the youth crowd.
