Project Overview:
We are organizing a Digital Citizen Primary in Chile to select a truly independent presidential candidate for the 2025 elections, with no links to traditional political parties.
We need a freelance web designer to build a modern, responsive, and civic-themed landing page that will serve as the central hub for information, public participation, and candidate registration.
This initiative is transparent, self-managed, secure, and volunteer-funded, featuring:
Certified digital voting
Oversight by independent citizen commissions
Protection of personal data
Open candidacy and registration
A national signature collection campaign (35,000 signatures required by law)
Goals of the Landing Page:
Present the project clearly in Spanish
Register:
Volunteers
Independent candidates
Citizen movements or collectives
Display a real-time (or manually updated) registration counter
Allow candidates to upload required documentation (PDF, CSV)
Explain process, legal requirements, and timeline
Build public trust through design and functionality
