AI Chatbot with API Integration

I'm looking for a skilled AI developer who can assist me in building an AI chatbot for our maintenance software. We already have an API available that needs to be integrated with the chatbot. The primary functions of this chatbot will be to list results from our API and to maintain a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) system in our knowledge base.

Key requirements include:

- Listing specific information from the API results, such as titles, descriptions, and dates.
- Implementing a RAG system in the chatbot, which will update our knowledge base based on business requirements.
