I'm looking for an AI chatbot developer to create customer service-oriented chatbots. The chatbot should be capable of supporting interactions on our website and across our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of AI chatbots to handle customer service queries.
- Ensuring the chatbot can interact across our website and various social media platforms.
- Programming the chatbot to handle a range of interactions including answering FAQs, processing orders and providing technical support.
-Being able to install the chatbots on a clients landing page
-Sending a client the completed chat bot on the development tool we choose
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AI and chatbot development.
- Prior experience in creating customer service chatbots is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of website and social media integration.
- Ability to program chatbots for diverse interactions.
