looking for develop whole project:

dockerized

and build around a strong backend in node.js (i have already a draft) with:
NLP
Machine Learning
Kibana
Grafana
with api connection and documentation
Frontend react.js clean and modern with all featured like the file add.

The scope of my project is to use that chatbot like user support chat.

Must respect time delivery, cost and guide-lines of the project
