Chatbot Development for Motorcycle Garage Local ERP Integration

Project Description:
I'm looking for a developer to help build a custom WA chatbot for a client (motorcycle garage) that can read and write data from his locally installed ERP system.
The ERP stores its data in .DBF (dBase/FoxPro) files on a Windows PC, not cloud-based.
The bot should be able to query specific information (like customer history, inventory status, repair records) and also push updates, such as new service records or part usage.
Key Goals:
- Read customer, vehicle, service, and inventory data from local .DBF files
- Allow business owner to query the bot in natural language (e.g. “Which parts are running low?”, “What did we do on Avi’s Yamaha?”)
- Must be a WA bot
- The bot should answer using data from the DBF files
- Allow input from the bot interface to update specific fields (e.g. mark a part as used, log a new customer)
- Preferably a local or hybrid solution (the ERP data is not exposed to the internet)

- Data format: mostly .DBF files
- No existing API !!
- Files are updated daily by the ERP system
- Bot can be either CLI, GUI, or browser-based (simple interface is fine)
- Python is preferred, but open to other solutions
- The system must work locally or with secure local access
