ChatGPT Expert for Email Processing and Summary System
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are seeking a highly skilled and trustworthy freelancer to set up a system for processing and summarizing all emails sent and received by our organization, and creating a dashboard for the director to fine-tune the daily summary and take actions on certain developments.
The project will be split into two phases:
Phase 1: Paper/Blueprint
Write a paper or blueprint detailing the proposed system, including what can and cannot be done, and any requirements or limitations.
The paper/blueprint should include an evaluation of different approaches and technologies that could be used, such as ChatGPT or the OpenAI DaVinci API.
Phase 2: Programming and Handover
Based on the paper/blueprint, implement the email processing and summary system using ChatGPT or the OpenAI DaVinci API (or another approved technology).
Set up and test the system for daily email processing and summary delivery.
Create a dashboard for the director to fine-tune the daily summary and take actions on certain developments.
Provide a manual or handover to our usual tech support team, including documentation and training as needed.
Be available for consultation as needed.
The freelancer should have expertise in extracting emails from Office 365 accounts and using natural language processing technologies such as ChatGPT or the OpenAI DaVinci API. The freelancer should be able to work independently and should be highly reliable and discreet, as the emails being processed may contain confidential information.
