AI Chat Bot for Asset Information

I'm looking for a highly skilled AI developer for the creation of a custom chat bot. This bot will need to interact and query a data set of approximately 100,000 digital assets within a mongodb database. The AI will need to keep indexing this database as it grows.
We need to be able to ask the chat questions such as show me all assets within a 5 mile radius of x location.
Or show me all assets that have failed a test in that last 2 years.
We also need the ability for it to be able to return data from the database so we can update the asset map.
