Channel Integration & Direct Booking Website

I manage four upscale short-term rentals—three in Phoenix, AZ and one in Malibu, CA—already synced to Airbnb through Hostaway. One of those listings is live on VRBO, but the remaining three still need to be published there. After that, I want every property pushed to Booking.com and any other high-end platforms you can recommend that work smoothly with Hostaway.

Once the channel expansion is complete, I also want a clean, mobile-friendly website that pulls data from Hostaway and lets guests book directly. The site must:

• show full property details with high-resolution photos
• display guest reviews pulled from my existing channels
• provide a direct-booking flow with live calendar availability, secure payment gateway, and instant confirmation

Please ensure the new VRBO and Booking.com connections stay fully synced (rates, calendars, and messaging) through Hostaway, and that the website follows the same single-source-of-truth approach so I’m never double-booked. If you’ve worked with premium channels or niche sites that attract luxury-minded travelers, I’m open to suggestions.

Acceptance criteria: all four listings visible and bookable on VRBO and Booking.com with no sync errors, and a functioning direct-booking website that processes a test reservation from payment to confirmation without manual intervention.
