Changes in existing website

I want some changes in existing website it's an e-commerce website based on PHP. Changes are mentioned below:
1. Adding firebase OTP Authentication
2. Generating a receipt voucher or delivery challan
3. Razorpay is added as a payment method already but need to check it out thoroughly
4. Adding product reviews.
5. Generating Random voucher codes for users who wants extra discount
