Change default sorting woocommerce

We run a auction website. I want to add default sorting in categories to "auction ending soonest"
We use simple auction plugin - this sorting option is already available but can only be used on the "auction" page as default and not in the "shop" woocommerce page. I would need to add this sorting method on all my categories as default.
