Change ‘create account’ to ‘guest checkout’

Metalflake.com is primarily for existing customers who login for their personalised pricing. However new customers also visit the site to buy products. The checkout is 10 years old and terrible; users are forced to create an account and set a username and password just to buy something! I want new users to see ‘guest checkout’ and checkout on one page so we stop losing customer's
