Change Product Attribute Display Behavior in Shop Display

I am looking for a professional developer for a WooCommerce based website.
The task is to customize how the product attributes show in the shop display
It currently displays the attributes in text as shown in the screenshot.
I would like for it to be displayed in a boxed icon such also shown in the other screenshot.
Additionally, I would like to the ability to hide product attributes for certain products.
My budget is $100 - $150 USD for this task. Please do not bid over my budget!
