Change Email Template Design + Change and Responsive UI of Website Admin Panel

We have a project for our 4 restaurants with different databases and the same code. We want to change the Some Email Generating View, PDF Design, and Re-Design of Website Admin Panel Based on Effective Responsive Mobile Based Design. We need some person who can complete this project ASAP and with accuracy. We want almost the same kind of structure and controls that are present in our current system. We are expecting you to use the same front-end code or use the same name of each class and give a different look- The best approach will be I will give you front-end code and section by section you can keep changing the code according to the requirement or mockup.

We need proper calls and meetings every day for this work.
