Change of CSV file in Backend

Hello there,
i got a website where customer fill out a checkout form. All information from this form will be added to a csv file wich I can download through a login area on this website. After that I upload it on the website of the company wich does the shipping.
Now we have the problem that the structure of the csv file wich the shipping company needs, changed. Therefore I need someone who is experienced with csv files and the WP Backend so he can change the csv file on the website so we can give the shipping company a correct csv file. If you are, please text me.
