This is a remote position; candidates must be from Brazil.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participate in the conception of the technical solutions in the e-commerce domain, under the responsibility of the B2C Architect, to meet the deployment plan defined by the group. This happens in collaboration with the infrastructure team and security team.
Follow development rules defined by the core team to ensure code quality, sustainability, solutions development capacity, and compliance with established standards and best practices.
Participate in the analysis and quotation for new projects and ensure quality in a continuous improvement process
Guide, control, and integrate the external and internal code developments of partners
Document and share the different produced evolution with users
Provide and ensure compliance with best practices for IT development
Ensure Wilson’s development compatibility with the group portfolio platform
Scalability of the technical platforms in a challenging environment (multi-brands organization, interfaces to many systems, and different geographical areas/time zones)
Guaranteeing the best match between Cost and Quality in an Agile development workspace
What We're Looking For :
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience on the Magento platform (enterprise edition)
At least 5+ years of experience working with Magento 2.X on the Cloud Edition
Experience with customization on the Magento Platform, including the front and backend.
Collaborate with a team of professionals in various departments to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Ensure compliance with web standards and accessibility requirements.
Work with the management team to understand and analyze new requirements.
Implement product features that have a direct impact on user engagement and monetization.
Experience with agile methodologies and the full software delivery lifecycle; able to propose new ideas, perform feasibility analyses, and scope work.
Understanding of version control tools
Familiarity with common web application security issues
Ability to analyze and improve the performance of web applications.
Has worked with Rest APIs and has good exposure to Databases such as MSQL.
Experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS preferred
Magento Certification desirable
Other qualifications include the following:
Significant experience in web application development on Magento/ Adobe Commerce technology
Professional experience in an Agile and DevOps context
Expertise in the following technologies: Magento, PHP, Talend, MySQL, Akeneo, javascript, AJAX, Java
Demonstrates an ongoing and sustained professional commitment to meet the expectations of its customers
Experience in designing highly scalable systems
Significant experience and expertise which enable him to guide internal/external developments of partners
Excellent team worker and comfortable with a matrix organization
Strong communication skills
Independent and has the necessary organization and anticipation skills to work self-dependent
Expert in the Magento solution, Object-oriented programming, and the PHP eco-system
Excellent ability to analyze functional requirements and quote the associated developments
Magento 2 certification a must.
