Centralized Order Management, Tracking and Reconciliation System for ECommerce Websites -- 2

We are looking to develop a centralized inventory management, order management and payment reconciliation application. This will be a PHP based web application. The application will connect to multiple ecommerce websites (through REST APIs) such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ebay, Snapdeal etc and update a central dashboard / order list.
The user can select individual orders and mark for processing. The system will allow for printing of Waybill and Invoices as per requirements of each of the ecommerce sites.
Post the printing of the Invoice / AWB, the system will track in real time the status of the orders on multiple websites.
On delivery of a particular order the system will, track payment due / receipt for the said order as per SLA for each site.
On receipt of an order for an SKU at a particular site, the system will update its inventory and also update inventory at all other site to reflect the updated stock for that SKU.
The broad modules for the application will be as follows
1) User Management – Creation / Management of Users with specific rights for the system
2) Order Management – Order Listing / Tracking / Updation (Acceptace / ready for dispatch), Invoice printing / AWB printing etc.
3) Inventory Management – Creation of Master SKU items from existing inventory, creation / updation of new inventory items, updating stock for individual items, update stock based on order received. Multi location / Store inventory management to be supported
4) Returns Management – Track returned / exchange orders on each site. Means to update returns items received at each store / location.
5) Payment Recon : Tracking of Payment due and receipt against each order.
