Central Stock system to Manage 6 WooCommerce sites
Budget: €3 – €30 EUR
We require stock system to centralize our stock from one website to all other websites.
As sites have different products on diff sites but main site will have all the products. So Master site will have 70k products and other sites have proportion of these with same SKU used on each site.
We need not only for stock to push from main site but if someone orders on one of the other sites it goes back other way example:
Stock pushed from Master Site A to B,C,D,E and F.
However if Product ABC has 4 in stock and someone on site B then orders before next stock update then it changes to 3 on Site B but also updates sites A(master) and C,D,E and F. So that we don't oversell a product!
We currently have ftps which update from diff suppliers, also stock uploader for supplier stock but also hold our stock. So we need to have solution that splits stock so we end up Supplier Stock as one database table and own stock separate but that it combines the two. Ie Supplier Stock SKU ABC = 4 and Own Stock SKU ABC 3 = Returns 7 available to order.

Eventually we want to add auto emailing suppliers to order relevant products like in attached planned workflow. However, it would need to look at own stock table first to see how many to order. So if we held 4 of sku ABC and consumer ordered 6 it would know to only order 2 via automated to supplier and not 6.
