Catch live stream in my own player

I want someone who can setup a system where when I need a live stream on my website, I can take that stream but play it in my own player which is on my website, is this possible to catch a live stream being played on another website and play it in my own player excluding the original player , please let me know, the budget is not much for this project but please let me know, I will be needing this in the near future. Please let me know, if ffmpeg is also needed on the website server please let me know in advance. We can talk about pricing .
