1. I must create a tool that should act as an interface between billing software and the staff working on the project. More likely a project management tool.
2. I should be able to upload an Xcel report from the billing software & it should reflect on the interface with required fields.
3. Those items must be tasked to the team members and they should be able to add their comments and re-assign to respective team.
4. The manager should be able to track the live updates on his interface of the team overall productivity.
5. The entire productivity must be able to be downloaded as Xcel.
6. I need a user friendly tool with limited/no complication.
