Cs-Cart Website Enhancements & Modifications

I'm looking for an experienced CS-Cart developer to work on my existing website.
Specific changes
1. Change the meta tag and description title, keywords.
2. Make a Floating whatsapp chat/call popup in the right side of the
website.
3. Make a minimum order value to 15000.
4. Give a special button for (Bulk order whatsapp us/call us)
5. Make an get quote option in ad to cart page write with an impressive
text.
6. Make one option for home paints and paint related services.
7. Make a highlighted Services Button where list
(Plumber,Carpenter,painter,other doorstep services).
8. Make an AI chat option on the website.
9. Make the big banner full screen.
