1. Product & Listing Page

The listing of property (our product) has some features displayed
(Attach image 1) —> each product would show its few information : (new property, almost gone ), address, title name, % of sold stock and if 100% stock is sold it would show fully funded and No. Of buyer (investors)
For Product
There are two types of product design
1. One is the product that is out of stock (in our system out of stock are the properties that are fully funded and needs no more investment) the reference design is as below

2. The other product are still in stock ( that means in our system the properties is not yet fully funded and needs investment ie. IN STOCK) the reference design is attached as pdf
ACTION STEP
1. Get a trail version of the most latest CS Cart Multivendor from cs-cart.com the trial version has to be multivendor and it gives you 15 days of trail. So give us 2-3 days to evaluate your work.
2. Change the Product categories (I) remove all the categories (ii) Add only three categories ; Residential Rental, Vacation Rental, Commercial Rental
3. Change the feature groups (I) remove all the feature groups (ii) add only four groups; Financial, Location, Performance, Property Details
4. Add features in each Feature group as below given list attached as an excel sheet
5. PRODUCT page design and development on cs cart OF DITTO same mentioned in the above description. Also the Product page should display the information of the vendor (as in cs cart).
6. There are some calculations on product page based on the features we add for the product. These calculations should be flawless. Also Also the product some of the other calculation gets display on the main listing page (eg. New, almost gone, funded but not rented, funded & rented, No. Of investors, No. Of Shares sold and No. Of share remaining.
For product page, I have also attach the pdf of the products.
You have to create a product page similar to the product page on our reference site or you can also have a look at the attach document

This job is not just designing exact but has some calculation based on the features we have for the product. This calculation should be flawless. The time duration is 10 days. Give us the access and we would evaluate and give yourself last 2-3 if there needs some changes. There would not be any mid release of payment or any changes. If we like your work we would assign the complete website with the same reference site to be done by you after we rehire you.
