CS-Cart Adding New Product - Choose categories

CS-Cart Multivendor. We want to add the functionality that the "mymarketplacebuilder" has in regards to how the vendor chooses categories and subcategories. The choices are populated based on the previous answer as opposed to seeing all categories and subcategories at the same time (cs-cart)
