Car sale notification website

I need to have a website made. its function is to scrape all car homepages and give me the first notification when a new car is on the market. its must have a filter so I can filter my search for cars .. for example if I only search for a cheap toyota from a certain year etc. then it can notify me when a new car has been put up for sale .. it must be able to scrape all car homepages where people sell their cars .. it must also be able to provide information from facebook marketplace when new cars are put up for sale .. so in this way I am always the first to be notified when a new car is on the market
