We will use Rentify (Codecanyon) as the base system for the Customer Mobile App and Admin Dashboard. The project involves customizing Rentify and building a new Vendor Dashboard from scratch.
BUDGET 200 USD
The existing solution (APK and Web Admin Dashboard) will be hosted and provided to the freelancer. The first step is to deploy the current solution for my initial review. This includes getting the APK and admin dashboard live and accessible. Deployment must be completed by tomorrow morning. Once deployed, I will review the features and provide a list of required customizations. The freelancer is then expected to proceed with full vendor integration, including both front-end and back-end development.

Scope of Work:
1. Rentify Customization – Customer App:
- Use Rentify’s Flutter customer app as base.
- Add ID and driver’s license upload during signup.
- Lock booking access until admin approves profile.
- Implement logic-based cancellation and refund handling.
- Enable booking modifications (time, date, location).
- Add offline payment options (Cash, Juice, MyT Money) with vendor confirmation flow.
- Add booking status updates (e.g., Pending Payment, Partially Paid, Payment Received).
- Support add-ons (e.g., child seat, premium decoration).
- Enable post-rental review system.
- Improve booking notifications and email alerts.
2. Admin Dashboard Enhancements:
- Customize Rentify’s Laravel admin panel to include:
- Approve/reject customer and vendor profiles.
- Approve/reject car listings with force publish/unpublish.
- Stripe Connect setup for split payments (platform fee and vendor payout).
- Manual override for payouts or offline disputes.
- Add-on services management.
- Pickup/drop-off spot manager with delivery fee per zone.
- Promo code manager with usage tracking.
- Static page editor for Terms & Conditions, FAQ, etc.
- Booking and revenue analytics with PDF/CSV export.
- Vendor subscription management (Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
3. Vendor Dashboard (to be created from scratch):
- Vendor onboarding with registration fields: BRN, NIC upload, Stripe account linking.
- Fleet management system: add/edit cars, pricing, availability, features.
- Booking calendar with manual block dates and color-coded status.
- Logic-based cancellation, modification, and late return policies.
- Booking manager with full detail view and “Mark as Paid” for offline bookings.
- Stripe Connect integration with earnings tracking and payout history.
- Subscription plan system with auto-renew and usage tracker.
- Summary dashboard showing KPIs (bookings, earnings, trends).
