Car Registration API + display required for Gravity Forms form in WordPress
I have created a form Gravity Forms for an end user to enter in their vehicle licence plate number and select a state, with a button that says "Find my car".
I need an API call to our provider which will retrieve the vehicle data based on what the user has entered.
The vehicle's Make, Model, Year, will display as text on the form upon returning a result.

The form will have other fields in it that I will add in, and the whole form along with the vehicle data will be submitted as part of Gravity Forms usual process.
Must use Gravity Forms and provide an example of work in your portfolio where you have written custom Gravity Forms, don't bother bidding if this is not the case.
Must provide an example of the API being called, returning the fields and displaying them on the form, either by way of a temporary web URL or a video demo, so that I am comfortable using your services BEFORE I commit.
I will provide the URL of the form I have developed to anyone who is interested.
