Project Title: Automate Car Listing Workflow from Facebook Groups to WordPress + Image Editing for Marketing
Project Description:
I run a car listing website built on WordPress, where users can view detailed information and photos of cars for sale. Currently, I manually collect data from specific Facebook groups, organize it, and upload it to my website. I also create marketing images and post them on Facebook to attract visitors. This process is time-consuming, and I want to automate or simplify as much of it as possible.
Here’s a breakdown of what I do manually:
1. Data Collection:
I browse Facebook groups and select around 20 car sale posts at a time.
For each post, I copy and paste the text (which includes car name, model, price, location, characteristics, etc.).
I organize this data into a CSV file (car name, model, year, price, location, features, etc.).
2. Image Collection:
I download the car images from the Facebook posts.
These images are uploaded to the WordPress site along with the corresponding car data.
3. Image Design for Marketing:
From each car’s photo set, I select one main image.
I design the image by adding key car details (name, model, price, etc.) on it using an image editor.
I upload this image to Facebook with a short caption and a link to the full listing on my website.
What I Need:
I’m looking for someone who can:
Help automate or semi-automate this entire workflow (data extraction, CSV generation, image downloading, WordPress import, and image editing).
Develop or recommend tools/scripts to extract structured data (car details) from Facebook posts.
Automate image downloads and associate them correctly with each car listing.
Possibly create auto-generated marketing images with car details overlaid.
Streamline the upload process to WordPress (e.g., using WP All Import or another method).
Help reduce the overall time and effort needed to go from Facebook group post to website + Facebook ad.
