Car Classified ads & auction/bidding portal. Urgent!

Hi, I am a car dealer and I need online website where I can sell my cars for fixed price and auction them as well.
Both compnay users and private users will be able to signup and bid. Bidding on several cars at a time.
I have attached some screenshots for auction site and normal ads.
Programing language must be latest possible and super search engine friendly.
All ads will also be exported to local marketplace using an API.
Admin panel to manage users and bids.
Fill online contract form and send invoice through an email to bid winner.
Should be able to print the contract for manuel sign or save as pdf a4 page. ( Can provide an example. )
All contracts & invoices will be marked by a unique number.
Expensis system where I can manage the expenses.
Bring/fectch car data by entering registration mumber.
