A tool that manages the capacity and workload of companies that we subcontract legal work too. So that an operator can select one of our outsourced solicitors and check for and use some of their capacity.
Create a database driven informational guide using a combination of 3 - 4 tables and various questions to define an answer to a question based on a set of criteria.
To provide a backend to update these tables to ensure the system can cater for new companies that join are onpanel that need to use the same queries to define an answer using existing criteria. There will need to be a dashboard displaying the names of solicitors in table 2 with their capacity highlighted from information updated on instruction within the table.
This web-based system will need to work within the WordPress environment for its front end and can rely on a MySQL database on the existing dedicated WordPress host.
