Cannot set up osticket email using gmail.com

Hi,
I use php-7.4.25 and osticket v1.15.4 to set ticket support system. But I cannot set up and use gmail.com email on osticket system. The error is authentication failure [SMTP: STARTTLS failed (code: 220, response: 2.0.0 Ready to start TLS)]. Actually I can login with desktop computer. I have watched www.youtube.com channel and do the same as Gmail Configuration but it does not work. Anyone can help me to set up or configure successfully for me.
