Cannazon market copy for LEGAL purposes

Hello,
We are working on new coin made for market payments and we need some nice environment to test it and then to sell merch etc on it.
I would like to find somebody who would make the exact same nice website as cannazon is with all features, functions and awesome design (but main color would not be green)
But with two features/functions added- email contacts (can be seen in vendors profile only by signed in users) with email contact form for all users/visitors with some captcha and in admin possibility to turn off/or turn on need of pgp keys.
On this market it is mandatory to have pgp setup in order to become a vendor and we don't need that because we don't and won't do illegal stuff (but let's keep it there but in default turned off)
Let's keep bitcoin there and maybe instead of monero put litecoin or something else our coin will be implemented later.
Somebody who would be able to do that?
