Campus Connect Tracking System

I need a tracking system with three portals: admin, student, and parent.
The system should work like this:
- Students registered in our system will be tracked via GPS.
- If a student goes outside a predefined geofenced area, an SMS notification will be sent to their parents. This notification will include the student's last location and a timestamp.
- The admin portal will manage both user registrations (students and parents) and geofencing parameters.
- The student portal will include profile management.
