Camera PTZ Control Development

I'm looking to develop a system that controls camera PTZ functions.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, and JavaScript
- Experience with PTZ camera control
- Familiarity with web-based interfaces


I need a live-view camera frame addon for a webpage that supports PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) functions. The primary platform for this feature should be web browsers.

This is an easy task that just needed is to add to my existing code some functions on the main video frame such as move up/down/left/right.

I have sample code and example page.
