Calling mechanism for Market-Place website

We have a market-place platform on PHP larval and we want to develop and implement calling mechanism where
We have
1. Vendor phone Number
2. customer phone Number
3.Our Landline Number
The mechanism will work like follow :
When the customer in our website wants to contact the vendor, our landline will be fired and the call will be transferred to the vendor
Nor the supplier or the vendor will see each other numbers only our land line number
All this should be done from the our call center side and we should not require the customer or the vendor to install app
Important to mentioned we are using 3cx for our call center
