Caller ID Receipt printing Desktop app

We want to build a Computer System based Caller ID Printing Application.
- Show Popup on every Call
- Show Saved Details of Caller and with Action Buttons Like Print Receipt, Edit/Save Record
- If new call then show only caller number
- In print option, print caller Details on Header of Page on 2 paper formats - A4 and 80mm
- Provide Full UI based Application and working in Background
- If application closed and Used Other Applications, it's also working mode all-time
- This is 2 way Application
- 1st is User - (Use This Application for Own work)
- 2nd is Admin Or Provide (provide This application license key, ID Password and also Fully Control in any Place using 1st user ID)

We need some person who can complete this project ASAP and with accuracy.
