Calendar tool PHP + MySQL + Fullcalendar

We need a Calendar Tool with following functionality:

- Based on newest version of Fullcalendar https://fullcalendar.io
- JQuery + PHP + MYSQL
- Company based (every company can only see the events of their own users, but the main administrator can see all events for support)
- Secure Login for customers with user-roles (administrator/base-users) / Password-Change and reminder function
- 2FA functionality (Google Authenticator)

- Only the main Administrator can add new companies/change user roles
- Private events (only visible for this specific user)
- .ics Import functionality (for calendars like Google Calendar)
- Event reminding functionality with a sound & SweetAlert https://sweetalert2.github.io (select of x minutes/hours before event)
- Possibility to change color of event (default color on user-basis)
- Users can add recurring events (weekly, daily, monthly, yearly)
- Possibility to change language of the calendar
