Cakephp api very simple async work

I need a experienced php developer. Who can work on my cakephp api.
I have an api for my mobile application. From there I am uploading some video. But I want is to only keep connection alive while uploading the video. Then I want to close the connection and edit video.
All things setup it's a very easy work but for only who clearly know. So please only bid if you know correctly. I also want to upload the video in S3.
It's very simple. Roughly take 1 hour or so.
