Cake PHP Developper

We are looking an high experienced PHP developper with experience with Cake PHP and familiar with SOAP, WSDL, REST APIs to hire him per hours work (5h per week) and for long duration (more than 1 year). CSS/HTML required. Database (Mysl, MariadB) / server (Linux, Centos7) administration and optimization will be advantage. Having realized integration with mobile operators (airtime top up, USSD) will be excellence.
