Cable Tv Management Software -- 2

Customer Use Case : it is about cable tv operators customer management application.
Requirement: Every cable tv operator has multiple customers for them,
1. they should be able to add customer data
2. update it and delete it
3. search it based on name or mobile number or address whatever
4. they should create sub user accounts in their main account, that accounts should
also has these permissions.
5. able to change the status of the customer to paid or unpaid ( for every month)
***Every month billing date is not static, it depends on the operators, some may choose
15th of every month, other may choose 30th. it should be customizeable, after that date,
all customer data should be udpated with unpaid status for that month, operator will
change it to paid status once the payment is made. also not all customers have the
same billing amount, it is based on the channels they choose. so it is better the bill
amount to be entered manually by the operator when adding customer data and should
be able to update it when needed.
Main requirement : is to see the customer list and payment detaisl in ordered format
like
1. paid customers for this month
2. unpaid customers for this month
3.Daily collection details datewise
customer details to be gathered : Customer detail, Customer Id,Customer name,Box no,
Plan, Amount to be paid,Mobile no
