CWP control panel Mutil PHP version issue with Wordpress

Hello,
I have a Linux apache VPS with CWP control panel installed with pro version so I have access to PHP selector because I need to specify different versions for every domain on VPS.
I select PHP 7 for a specific domain but the wordpress of that still says: Your server is running PHP version 5.6.19 but WordPress 5.5.4 requires at least 5.6.20.
When I try to switch to PHP CGI instead of PHP FPM then I get INTERNAL SERVER ERROR message on same wordpress site.
I suspect the Linux CONF file or something is not properly configured or there are missing parameters ro run multiple PHP versions properly.
My scripts are old so DO NOT change the default PHP version running on server. Simply make the Multi PHP version work on CWP control panel. Currently is says PHP 7 but wordpress shows wrong php version error.
