CTO / co-founder: Build a contract management and analytics software for football agencies

Building a contract management solution with dashboard analytics for the football agencies.
Software needs to
1. Usual user / permissions categories
2. Upload documents - pdf, csv files from accounting software
3. Extract data from those documents (ideally using OCR reader to automate extraction process)
4. Store the documents in folder / profile structures 5. Provide a dashboard of analytics based on the data collected from 3 (renewal date alerts, fee scheduling ect)
Need a full Stack developer
Back end needs to be both public cloud and ability to have dedicated servers for larger clients.
