CSV to MySQL Automation with Validations

I'm seeking a developer to automate a process for me. I have CSV files that need to be uploaded to MySQL on a weekly basis. Before adding the data, there are two important tasks:
1. Duplicate Removal: Any duplicate entries in the CSV file should be identified and removed.
2. Date Format Conversion: The CSV includes date information that needs to be converted to a specific format before being added to the MySQL database.
Ideal candidates should have experience with:
- Automation scripts for data processing
- MySQL database management
- Adequate handling of data validation, especially duplicate removal and date format conversions
