CSV to Bespoke PDF print template
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We need a script programmed that will take two manually-inputted CSV logs of daily orders-placed, from two separate vendors - one using Woocommerce, the other using NotOnTheHighStreet, a closed platform - and from those CSV files to search for orders matching 7 specific SKUs, to extract those orders' metadata for a specific field (personalised name), and to apply that field as text over an existing PDF template, using specified fonts, center points, and font-sizes.
I've attached both of the relevant CSV files. Please note that the Woocommerce CSV file can be customised completely, and made to contain only the relevant fields, and we can also limit the CSV file to only contain the orders with the relevant SKU codes at our end. We cannot change the NOTHS CSV file at all.
I've also attached a spreadsheet containing the relevant Product names, SKU codes, and the relating fonts, font sizes and properties. If you need any further information added to this spreadsheet, please let me know.
I've also attached 6 of the required 7 products as example PDF files, that would be the final, generated product including the personalised field. We have these template files already created without the personalised field, ready to be used for this script.
The outputted PDF file needs to be named as 'Order ID'.pdf
The outputted PDF file needs to be a flat rasterized file, with no vector data for the fonts.
The client is aware that approximately 10-25% of the generated PDF files will be unusable due to certain characters overlapping parts of the design, and/or not fitting within the design visually in terms of height or width.
The client will be checking each PDF file manually before they go to print, and would prefer to have a script that works 75% ready in 3 weeks, than a script that works 100% of the time, that takes longer than 3 weeks.
We will be starting off with the Top 7 products in the provided list. This will eventually be expanded upon to include the full list of Top 20 Products.
The script needs to be completed and ready to use by 23/11/2021.
The client has full access to the Adobe Creative Suite, and is happy to run the script through Photoshop, Acrobat or Illustrator, if that will be easier than any other solution.
The finished script needs to work in a self-hosted environment, either locally on both Windows and Mac computers, or on their own web server (currently hosted at Kinsta.com)
Here is the client's website, with an example of one of their personalised products:

Please let me know a ballpark idea of timings and costs, and if this is achievable by 23/11/2021.
