CSS and Some Coding Needed For Joomla Project

The project is for 3 hours to start with.
We work on Joomla 4 and are working with an extension called Joombri Freelancer. JomBri Freelancer is like a version of freelancer.com, but without as many features. Although our project is in Transport, not online freelancers.

1) With Joomla, when you buy an extension, the CSS doesn't often fit with the site design. We would like to hire someone to change the JoomBri CSS so that it looks ok within our template design. JoomBri has around 25 pages for us to work through on the CSS.
2) We would also like some coding changes so that we can add some extra fields to the JoomBri extension.
3) Someone to help us with suggestions on how the site should function from a user experience point of view. The site works much like this one, so we feel people will be used to the process.
Ideally we'd like to start off paying by the hour (3 hours) to see how we get on and work together. We think there will be a constant work for many weeks if we find the right person.
