CSS and/or PHP work to disable features in Wordpress OpenPOS plugin

CSS changes required to remove delete and trash can in the all of the cart windows. I have removed the delete option from the table order screen, and the cart verification screen where a server must select the items to keep in the cart. The problem is the PWA app still seems to show the delete option as a Trash can, after you click on Checkout button.
If there is a cost to fix this tell me the cost. I need to fix this ASAP. The trash can and delete allows servers to take cash and misreport the products ordered by deleting them.
The process to reproduce the issue:
1) Choose a table
2) Add an item
3) Click on the price to start the payment process
4) Select All items (the checkbox beside each item has been removed through the CSS below)
5) Click Checkout : after checkout the screen show a trash can icon beside each product

Desired outcome:
Remove the trash can or any other option to delete items from POS table order process or shopping cart during paying and remove the ability to reduce the cart item down to 0.
More directly, the need is to get rid of the trash can visibility and clickability for PWA app and web application.
