I use HighLevel CRM, I need to develop a simple tracking sheet that I can connect to the CRM via a form or have a link from the CRM to the tracking customized sheet. I am including an upload of what was done for me in my zoho CRM, I have moved to a new CRM, so I need the same thing done.
