CRM software (Web app) with data background, data visualisation and UI/UX design.

Hello developers.
One line overview: Im looking for a full stack developer to turn an excel template i have into a web app. The excel isn't fully complete, but it gives a general overview of information i need to capture and show in graphs and tables.
Overview:
1- Excel template thats essentially a tracker to be turned into a software
2- Multiple trackers linked in with each other
3- Separate excels of "general" tracking, and then more specific client tracking to be linked
4- data visualisation dashboard to summarise, that is linked in with both general tracker and client trackers
5- some areas will need to be customised (i.e names,), some locked fields will also need the capability to add text.
6- already have a domain name, will need to just develop the software.
7- this will be a MVP product, and will need CLEAN easy code, so future developers can work on this.
8- Colour palate/general idea of colours available
9- architecture isnt complicated, essentially has "company account" then separate user accounts. limitations should be toggled on the backend on who has access to what
10 - other details provided in files
